Located on historic Lord Street in the centre of Southport just two minutes walk from the Sea Front. The Scarisbrick offer a full leisure complex, friendly service, comfortable bedrooms, bars, restaurants and bistros. (Please note that the hotel is situated in a lively area!)
All 90 bedrooms are ensuite with every modern comfort whilst the leisure complex includes a large swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, sunbeds, therapy room and multi gym. There are a choice of Bars including Knights cocktail bar and Barons real ale bar which stays open late for resident guests. The selection of restaurants includes the elegant Knightsbridge Restaurant overlooking Lord Street, ideal for a candel-lit dinner and Cloisters Restaurant specialising in Char-Grilled Menus.
The Fabulous Leisure Club comprises fully air conditioned gym, complete with state-of-the-art equipment, leisure pool, spa, sauna and steam room. Use of the Leisure Club is free to all resident guests. Optional extras include sun beds and beauty treatment.

The elegant Knightsbridge Restaurant overlooks Southport's Lord Street boulevard and is the perfect setting for both lively dinner parties or an intimate candlelit table for 2. The restaurant offers the discerning diner a superb choice of table d'hôte menus, complemented by a fine range of wine. There is also a 'Dine and Dance' every Saturday evening. Breakfast is also served in the restaurant and offers a choice of either full English or buffet style breakfast.
Cloisters Dining Rooms was established in 1998 as an extra facility to the Scarisbrick Hotel. Cloisters is housed in what used to be the hotel's original stables, when the hotel was 1st built as a coaching inn during the latter part of the 19th century. The restaurant was created using carefully retrieved and restored stained glass and artefacts sourced from the local region, which has helped to create an environment of warmth and great interest. The menu is written in an English style using local produce whenever possible, with the main focus being char-grilled food cooked over hot coals. The cooking of the dishes is designed to be healthy and light, reducing fat contents and offering subtle flavours. The restaurant is open 7 days a week offering a very competitively priced, varied and interesting lunch menu with main courses starting at 4.95 GBP. A special feature is our Early Doors Beat the Clock menu (the earlier you dine between 17:30 and 19:30 the less expensive 2 courses are). Theatregoers and late evening shoppers find this an ideal opportunity to experience Cloisters at a very competitive price. Scarisbrick Bars
The hotel has a choice of several well appointed bars including the Knights Cocktail Bar with its resident pianist, the popular Maloneys bar and Snug and the Barons Bar with its selection of traditional ales. This bar is open late for the pleasure of our resident guests. The Foghorn Bar offers traditional bar snacks in an informal setting. The popular Maloneys Kitchen offers morning coffee, a wide and varied selection of hot and cold meals, chef's speciality luncheons and afternoon teas.
